1. About us
RISE is a programme offered by Breedom, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can contact us at [email protected]. By purchasing or joining RISE, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. The programme
RISE is a six-week, self-led personal growth programme for women. Your purchase includes:
– The RISE curriculum, workbook and weekly blueprint
– Breathwork and meditation training
– Monthly live Q&A and masterclass sessions
– Membership of the RISE community
We may update, improve or reorganise programme content over time to keep it valuable and relevant.
3. Access
Your access begins once payment is confirmed and lasts for the lifetime of the programme. Your login is personal to you and for your use only.
4. Payment
RISE is offered as a one-time payment at the price shown at checkout, in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
5. Refunds
All purchases are final. Any refund requests are reviewed individually and granted at the sole discretion of Breedom. To submit a request, please email [email protected].
6. Wellbeing and health
RISE is an educational and coaching programme designed to support personal growth and wellbeing. RISE does not provide psychology, psychotherapy, counselling, or medical services, and it is no substitute for the care of a qualified health or mental health professional. Susana Murphy is a certified coach and practitioner, and does not act as a psychologist, therapist or medical provider.
Please practise breathwork and meditation within your own comfort and health limits. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are receiving mental health support, please consult a qualified professional before taking part. You take part at your own discretion and are responsible for your own wellbeing choices.
7. Results
Your experience and results depend on your own engagement, circumstances and effort. We share tools and guidance with care, and outcomes will vary from person to person.
8. Intellectual property
All RISE content, including videos, workbooks, audio, and the RISE framework, belongs to Breedom. You’re welcome to use it for your own personal growth. Copying, sharing, reselling or distributing the content requires our written permission.
9. Community guidelines
The RISE community is a space built on respect, kindness and trust. Members agree to:
Treat others with respect and compassion
Keep what others share in the community confidential
Keep the space free from promotion, spam and harmful content
We may remove anyone whose behaviour affects the safety or wellbeing of the community, without refund.
10. Live sessions
Live sessions may be recorded and shared with RISE members. By joining a live session, you consent to this.
11. Privacy and communications
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, available at breedom.com. When you purchase or join RISE, you’ll be added to our mailing list to receive programme updates, resources and news from Breedom. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
